All of our directors are hands-on and continue to work alongside engineers of all levels of experience. It is this open and approachable nature that is part of the fabric of Walsh and has helped us get the balance of development, trust and openness just right. This is proven by the fact we have a loyal, thriving workforce and that the majority of the company’s directors have stayed with Walsh since they were trainees. Training and development

Our professional development scheme is continual and open to all employees. Mentors are provided for graduates, and comprehensive support for all other employees. We offer ICE and IStructE training for all engineers.

We reward staff with a yearly bonus scheme and hold pay reviews every six months to ensure employees are being paid in line with their development. We also offer further above standard benefits such as overtime pay, a company pension and private health insurance.
