Our Work

Find out what we do

Private Residential

We currently work with many of the UK’s big name home builders, primarily in London and the South East. Our projects range from small domestic work, to multi-phase £300m developments, in a range of structural materials.
We take a holistic approach to building houses, investigating many types of construction and considering not only the main structural system but the effects on foundation options, buildability, safety, programme implications and sustainability issues. By being involved in these projects right from the start we are able to advise on pitfalls or recurring issues before the detailed design stage.
To us, saving money is common sense, and we strive to make savings for every client regardless of whether they are creating private or affordable housing.
