Student Accommodation

We are the industry leader in student accommodation, regularly publishing articles in Buildings4Education magazine and having worked on over 20 projects in this sector.

We understand the key consideration in student accommodation is keeping to the programme, if not delivering ahead of schedule. If the deadline is missed, then this will mean no rental income for an entire academic year. So, we endeavour to work closely with the client and/or contractor to create programme savings wherever possible. We first focus on the foundations with flexibility for design development at an early stage to allow early commencement on site. We also look for programme saving techniques such as off-site manufacture. Furthermore we can look at tailoring the design programme for staged release.

It is this attention to detail and ability to deliver on time that have made us the “go-to” engineers of choice in the UK for purpose built student accommodation.
