Our Work

Find out what we do

High Rise

The key to a successful high-rise structure lies in its structural depth. At Walsh we always aim to develop a strong stability system based on the shallowest structural depth practical, enabling space for additional storeys. The design needs to be lean and above all quick to build in order to avoid delays, which can be particularly costly in the high-rise sector. Our specialists can help inform both developers and Architects of the most efficient layouts and value engineer the project early on. Right from the beginning they are able to look at the buildability of the structural core and strike a balance between the best theoretical solution and practical buildable solution. Our specialist high-rise team are currently working on projects in excess of 40 storeys and have developed ambitious designs of landmark buildings over 70 storeys.
