Sewer Buildover Approvals

 

As space continues to become a premium Walsh are finding that more and more developments are being commissioned over, or near to, existing sewers. Therefore, we have developed a specific service to guide clients through the complex process of approvals and gain those required with minimal delay.

We are able to provide a full service from initial assessment, options appraisals and value engineering, right through to detailed design and construction drawings. Our strong relationships with Thames Water and other statutory undertakers means we are often able to provide an early assessment of a site and obtain tacit approvals swiftly. This is particularly important in ‘de-risking’ a development site, especially during the due diligence process, allowing these types of project to move forward confidently.
